So sad Paul, so relatable too though. I am so happy that you found a community to share with and where you can hold each other up. Whatever the trigger is for these feelings, we can never get through it alone. The line in your poem that highlights that for me is:

If someone asked for a title for the season

I'd call it,"Insecurity in full bloom"

That's why we can't do it alone...
