This is a really nice read Paul - you have written it in a way that the reader is carried along with you. You have included some nice imagery and metaphor with the jangling and the music and the dangling jangling keys - I love the lines

'A key without form?

It feels close to my heart'

and

'My heart is at rest

The key is safe and sound

Locked in my chest'
