This is an incredibly strong write Reece, a dark journey through relateable circumstances that reaches the reader's emotions via your descriptive language - so many great lines in here but these stood out for me:

' I’m not even angry anymore,

Just exhausted

By all of this distortion'

'Trying to find peace here,

I’d spend my time more wisely

Searching for dry spots in the ocean…'
